Do I need a technical background?
No. If you can open a browser and type, you can use this system — that's the whole requirement. The session is built around your business, not around software jargon.
What do I need before we start?
A computer (Mac or PC — either works), a Claude Pro account at $20/month set up directly with Anthropic, and 30 minutes for the free discovery call. Nothing else to buy, and no markup from JSONOFFCL.
How long does the setup actually take?
One focused session of about 1.5 to 2 hours. Everything is installed, configured, and tested against your real business scenarios before it ends.
When do I start seeing results?
Day one — the same day as the setup. You leave the session with a working system and the confidence to run it yourself, not a manual to read later.
Is the monthly subscription required?
No. The $150/month plan is entirely optional and can be cancelled anytime. It exists for ongoing support: email help, five troubleshooting calls a month, and remote fixes at no extra charge.
Do you work in person or remotely?
Both. In-person sessions cover Toronto and the wider GTA. Everywhere else is handled remotely, and the setup works exactly the same either way.
What if I get stuck after the session?
You can reach out any time. Subscription clients get email support, scheduled troubleshooting calls, and remote assistance. Without a subscription, you'll still leave the session knowing how to build new projects on your own.
